Cauliflower Tabbouleh



Hey guys! 

I've been so crazy lately that I haven't posted since february!!! I'm so sorry this recipe I'm posting today might be exactly what you need. It is easy, simple and the ingredients are probably the most basic you could ever use.  The best part is that I can eat this for DAYS! It is simply divine. 

So the main reason I made this was because I go to the green and yellow farmers market in Hollywood, FL (this is a non paid announcement LOL I just love this place so much!) almost every weekend and there is this stand where they make tabbouleh. I had never had tabbouleh before in my life but this beautiful salad had couscous in it. So I wanted to be able to give our detox peeps a wonderful work of art but it had the couscous... Yes I was disappointed for like a minute and then realized why not find a recipe of Raw Tabbouleh.

 After much research I found a bunch but so far this is the best version of this recipe that I can make that is detox friendly. (What does that mean?: no salt, no pepper, no oil, no pasta) So I hope you guys like it as much as I do.

 

  *If you don't own a food processor use a hand grater very carefully. Instead of cutting the head of cauliflower into florets just use the core to hold on to the actual head and grate it using the fine grate.*

*For more flavor use a very ripe avocado add the lemon juice and blend use it as a dressing*
