Hey guys I hope everyone is doing great! I know I usually start by telling you its been a while but you guys already know that life is crazy and I've been just about everywhere this passed couple of months. For this post I wanted to share with you some grilled potatoes and even better delicious grilled mushrooms. These two go together better than any steak and potatoes recipe you've had (I hope 😉). These recipes were created because I have just started a new faze where I am in-love with grilling I even grilled some pineapples for desert with coconut ice cream! But that is my next post so keep your eyes open. And just in case you doubt it THESE RECIPES ARE DETOX FRIENDLY, but if you are not detoxing a little salt and pepper can be added to these. The mushrooms were marinated for 2 hours prior to skewing them, this allows the mushroom to be a little less firm and go through the skewer without braking.
